Abstract

Gives the service requirements for operation of the MCVideo service. MCVideo makes use of capabilities included in Group Communication System Enablers for LTE (GCSE_LTE), Proximity Services (ProSe), Isolated E-UTRAN operation for Public Safety (IOPS) and Mission Critical Services Common Requirements (MCCoRe) with additional requirements specific to the MCVideo Service.
