Applicable to stationary use of mobile construction-type cranes, crawler or rubber-tire mounted, on outriggers or tires, for lifting crane, clamshell, dragline, magnet, pile driver or similar. Intended to determine definitions of the areas around mobile construction-type cranes where the crane loads are handled.
